NoClaw Arcade — Web3 Claw Machine Game
NoClaw Arcade is a browser-based 3D claw machine arcade game built with Three.js and Rapier.js physics. Real momentum, real collision, real prize physics — playable in any modern browser, optimized for desktop and mobile touch.
Real Physics, Real Frustration
Most browser claw machine games are scripted. NoClaw Arcade uses Rapier.js, a Rust/WASM physics engine, to simulate genuine prize physics — gravity, friction, collision, and momentum. The claw swings when it moves. Prizes tumble when bumped. Wins are earned, not granted.
Two-Phase Targeting
Position the claw on the X-axis from the front view, then switch to side view to position on the Z-axis. The targeting difficulty scales with prize rarity using a Fitts's Law implementation — common prizes are easy to grab, legendary prizes require precision.
Three Prize Tiers
Common, Rare, and Legendary prizes drop from the prize bin with different visual effects, sound cues, and reward animations. Each tier has its own physics properties — heavier prizes are harder to grip, lighter prizes slip out of the claw.
Arcade Aesthetic
Selective bloom post-processing, chromatic aberration for arcade glass feel, screen shake on heavy collisions, hit-stop freeze on big wins, and a Shepard tone audio engine that creates the illusion of perpetually rising tension. Built to feel like a real arcade cabinet, not a web page.
Tech Stack
Three.js r161 (WebGL2, WebGPU-ready), Rapier.js Rust/WASM physics, postprocessing library for bloom and chromatic aberration, React 18 + Vite + TypeScript for the UI layer, Web Audio API for spatial audio. Designed mobile-first with touch controls and haptic feedback.
Part of the No Human Nearby Universe
NoClaw Arcade is one of several creative projects in the No Human Nearby ecosystem of sovereign AI products built by a single founder. The arcade is the play layer of the 2CLAWS NFT and physical drops project — players win in-game prizes that may unlock real-world drops.
